I'm getting out of memory errors or a blank screen. = If your exported file is very large, the import script may run into your host's configured memory limit for PHP. A message like "Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 8388608 bytes exhausted" indicates that the script can't successfully import your XML file under the current PHP memory limit. If you have access to the php.ini file, you can manually increase the limit; if you do not (your WordPress installation is hosted on a shared server, for instance), you might have to break your exported XML file into several smaller pieces and run the import script one at a time. For those with shared hosting, the best alternative may be to consult hosting support to determine the safest approach for running the import. A host may be willing to temporarily lift the memory limit and/or run the process directly from their end. -- [Support Article: Importing Content](https://wordpress.org/support/article/importing-content/#before-importing) == Filters == The importer has a couple of filters to allow you to completely enable/block certain features: * `import_allow_create_users`: return false if you only want to allow mapping to existing users * `import_allow_fetch_attachments`: return false if you do not wish to allow importing and downloading of attachments * `import_attachment_size_limit`: return an integer value for the maximum file size in bytes to save (default is 0, which is unlimited) There are also a few actions available to hook into: * `import_start`: occurs after the export file has been uploaded and author import settings have been chosen * `import_end`: called after the last output from the importer import { Heading, Text } from '@elementor/app-ui'; import ConditionsProvider from '../../context/conditions'; import { Context as TemplatesContext } from '../../context/templates'; import ConditionsRows from './conditions-rows'; import './conditions.scss'; import BackButton from '../../molecules/back-button'; export default function Conditions( props ) { const { findTemplateItemInState, updateTemplateItemState } = React.useContext( TemplatesContext ), template = findTemplateItemInState( parseInt( props.id ) ); if ( ! template ) { return

Adobe Commerce addresses key business problems such as scalability, integration with third-party systems, and personalization for different types of customers. We use Adobe Commerce as backbone of our clients’ ecommerce operations enabling us to manage multiple storefronts , products, and customer experience from a single platform. Unfortunately we see a lot of merchants move away from it as the cost of upkeep is too high ~ custom features and changes take a long time to deliver and a high cost.
Display Out-of-Stock Products Controls zero-stock product visibility. Override global settings per product for quantity, stock status, and backorder behavior. • Assign sources to stocks, then assign stocks to sales channels (websites).
  • We research these issues and formulate a game plan for their resolution.

MSI allocates orders based on source selection algorithm. MSI reservations become inconsistent, leading to overselling or phantom stock. What happens if I modify stock via SQL? The source selection algorithm determines which source fulfills each order based on priority and distance.
The cost of that capacity, and the degraded response times when that capacity is saturated, are directly attributable to the caching misconfiguration. A store that should handle 500 concurrent users with Varnish serving 85% of requests from cache requires roughly 6x the application server capacity to handle the same load without effective caching. The policy should be allkeys-lru or volatile-lru depending on your configuration. A common misconfiguration is Varnish passing requests to the origin when a session cookie is present, even for fully cacheable pages. Redis can be configured as the cache backend but operating without LRU eviction policy configuration, causing it to fill up and start rejecting writes — which Magento handles by falling back to uncached responses silently.

Review your integration logs — specifically M2E Pro logs if you are running marketplace operations, and your ERP connector logs — for error rates and the specific errors occurring. Stores running on Luma-based themes with accumulated JavaScript from extensions are consistently at a structural disadvantage on all three metrics, and the gap compounds as more extensions are added. Recurring plugin intercept errors, observer dispatch failures, or undefined method calls that appear consistently for a specific module combination indicate active conflicts that are suppressed rather than resolved. This guide covers the five risk categories that consistently appear in Magento and Adobe Commerce builds that have been running in production for more than 12–18 months — what each one looks like, why it matters commercially, and how to assess it.
It also describes tools that you can use to help monitor key security and compliance controls for your store. To empower Admin users with more informative grids, the HIPAA-Ready service provides several enhancements to display, filter, and sort data. Users can continue to use the existing features and workflows without any disruption. The search results restriction functionality also applies to the REST API for customer search (/V1/customers/search).

Use the generated Module Rollout Summary and Module Execution Plan sheets to plan fixes and deployments module by module. Do not split the audit by module, because cross-module plugins, observers, preferences, layout updates, shared services, WebAPI routes, queues, cron jobs, and database changes can create hidden dependencies. Enterprise-grade static code analysis for Adobe Commerce / Magento 2 projects. The following features are disabled by default in the HIPAA-readiness module. Merchants have the option to re-enable or use these features at their own risk. The Security Scan Tool for Adobe Commerce helps you monitor your store to ensure that all required security controls are enabled and operational.
This, in turn, allows teams to plan upgrades, migrations, and optimizations with greater confidence. As platforms evolve, features are added, integrations expand, and responsibilities shift across teams. Taken together, these areas provide a factual baseline for understanding platform health and complexity before deciding whether to optimize, rebuild, or migrate.
Any indexer showing as invalid or working without a currently running reindex job is a problem. For each extension that uses class preferences (full rewrites rather than plugins), identify what it rewrites and whether any other extension rewrites the same class. It is more commonly a checkout that silently skips a step under specific conditions, a tax calculation that produces the wrong result for a particular customer group, or a product import that works for 98% of SKUs and fails for 2% in ways that are difficult to reproduce. Magento’s extension architecture allows third-party modules to modify core behaviour through class preferences, plugins, and observers. We aim to identify any issues prevailing to settle those for better functionality and performance. Indeed, we have a team full of experts who can provide you with Magento 2 technical audit services.
